Single User License Agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DAVnSCI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Product solely for your own personal and professional reference.

This license permits one (1) named individual user only. A separate license must be obtained for each additional user. Where an institution or organisation wishes to provide access to multiple individuals, a multi-user or institutional license must be arranged with DAVnSCI prior to distribution.

Under this license you may:

• Download and store one (1) copy of the Product on your personal device.
• Print one (1) copy for your own personal reference.
• Reference the Product in your own research, teaching preparation, or professional work.
• Quote briefly from the Product in academic or professional contexts, with appropriate attribution to DAVnSCI.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Share, distribute, upload, or transmit the Product or any part of it to any third party, whether electronically, in print, or by any other means.
• Make the Product available on any website, platform, file-sharing service, or institutional repository.
• Reproduce, republish, or re-sell the Product, in whole or in part, in any format or medium.
• Create derivative works, adaptations, translations, or modified versions of the Product without prior written permission from DAVnSCI.
• Use the Product or any portion of it for commercial purposes, including incorporation into paid training, courses, or consulting deliverables.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, attribution, watermark, or branding present in the Product.
• Transfer this license or your access rights to any other individual or organisation.

All intellectual property rights in the Product — including but not limited to text, figures, illustrations, data, structure, and design — remain the exclusive property of DAVnSCI.COM LLP. No title or ownership in the Product is transferred to you by virtue of this license. This Agreement does not constitute a sale of the Product itself, only a license to use it under the terms stated herein.

The Product is provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes only. DAVnSCI makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Product is free from errors, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing in the Product constitutes professional scientific, regulatory, medical, or legal advice. You use the Product entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DAVnSCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

This license is effective from the date of purchase and continues until terminated. DAVnSCI may terminate this license immediately and without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination you must destroy all copies of the Product in your possession or control, including any printed copies.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

If you wish to provide access to a Product to multiple users within a department, institution, or organisation, please submit an Institutional License Request before distributing the Product.
