DAVnSCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of research opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
